No Automatic Refunds After Access

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

• Access to the Advanced Mortgage Planner is provided immediately

• Once access has been granted, refunds are not automatically available

• This is because the product is digital content that cannot be returned

This policy is consistent with UK consumer law relating to digital content.

 

When a Refund May Be Granted

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

 

• You were charged in error (duplicate or incorrect charge)

• You were unable to access the premium features due to a technical fault on our side

• The product did not function as described and we were unable to resolve the issue

Payments

• We do not store card details

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

By purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right once access has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
