Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)

The Advanced Mortgage Planner is a digital product that gives you access to premium calculator features, by a private link sent after purchase. In this policy, access starts when we send you the link.

At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want access to start immediately, before the 14-day cancellation period ends, and that you understand you waive your 14-day right to cancel once access has started. By ticking the box and completing your purchase, you waive that right once access has started, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

No Refunds After Access

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Access to the Advanced Mortgage Planner is provided immediately, by a private link sent to the email address you give at checkout, and access starts when we send you the link. If the link has not reached you, contact us
• Once access has started, refunds are not offered, unless required by law
• This is because the product is digital content that cannot be returned

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have by law.

Exceptions

Refunds are not offered once access has started, unless required by law. We will correct a charge made in error (for example a duplicate or incorrect charge). Where a technical fault on our side has stopped you getting access, we will fix the fault or return your payment.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Unless the law requires otherwise, refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of use of the product
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
• Decisions made using calculator estimates
• Failure to achieve a particular financial outcome

The Advanced Mortgage Planner provides informational estimates only and does not guarantee savings or results.

Dispute Resolution (Important)

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Your 14-day right to cancel is unaffected until access has started, which is when we send you the link. Because you waive that right once access has started, refunds are not offered after that point, unless required by law. If a payment is refunded in full, access ends automatically and your private link stops working. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may withdraw access to the planner. A partial refund does not by itself end access.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We do not receive or store your card details; Stripe handles them
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
